The art of jewelry
The participants of the program will inspect the unique examples of jewelry art presented in the exposition, from the ancient era to the late Middle Ages. Special attention will be paid to the technology of making jewelry art made of precious metal, such as jewelry granulation, brazing, casting, forge and etc.
The lesson is based on an interactive teaching method. Participants will be given the opportunity to color, draw or create a sketch of an original jewelry design based on the material seen. At the end of the program, the best work will be presented. The winner will be awarded a certificate.
The program is intended for: V-XII class students.
Duration of the program: 60 - 90 minutes.
